This place has such a lively and welcoming vibe and offers exceptional hookah and service. They play all kinds of music and the prices are reasonable. They’re also very helpful and honest—I said my hookah needed to be refilled and they’re like “nah. I fix it” and they did! Definitely would come back again.
The food was delicious and tasty, the shesh chicken is really amazing they use chicken breast, they are so welcoming, I have a gluten allergy and they were so helpful, also i asked to cook the pasta in a specific way for my toddler and they were so cooperative. Highly recommend
Best service in town, the staff is amazing and super caring. Beer is cold and food has a reasonable price. International music and great atmosphere. Bonus point: they provided ted bears to keep us company. Love it!
Baris was the best waiter i’ve had not only in Turkey, but all of Europe. Could not recommend this venue more. Great shisha, kebab and atmosphere. Would come back to Turkey just for this place. 5 stars from me.
Nice photo opportunity with umbrellas, great service with very friendly staff. Cold beer and good cocktails. Good music with some football on - something for everyone. Food was great too!
We love Istanbul and we visited in January 2025 and then again in June 2025 and went back with all the girls we visited Papel everyday whilst we were there. The shisha bar was amazing the staff including Baarish gave brilliant customer service. They became our family in Istanbul. They have amazing shisha food and DJ. Every night became a party!! They accommodated us to everything. If your visiting Istanbul you must visit Papel Karakoy. They even have nice water sprays coming from the roof helping the heatwave. I love this place and the people - thay are familia. Habibi Habibi 10/10
